Mr Milner has produced over 2,500 reports and has undertaken both Personal Injury and Clinical Negligence work. He has attended training courses on medico-legal report writing including the Bond Solon course and has completed a Masters Degree in Medical Laws. He has been instructed to prepare reports both for Defendant and Claimant and has been asked to prepare reports as a Single Joint Expert.
