Richard Milner

Originally from Newcastle upon Tyne he qualified in Manchester in 1977, having undertaken an intercalated BSc. in Morbid Anatomy with a research project into the immunological role of the gut lymphocytes. He became a Fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons in 1984 and obtained an M.D. in 1990 for research in peripheral nerve surgery.
